H.F. TRUMAN MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE


As from April 1st 2000, the H.F.Truman and the A.J.Felgate will be operated from Hatherton Marina, situated on the Staffs and Worcs Canal. All bookings for this year will start and finish from here.

 

The Truman Management Committee would like to thank Associated Cruisers (Jordan & Till Ltd) for keeping the boats 'Ship Shape' over the past years.

Directions:

From M6 North. Leave at jcn 12. A5 west. A449 turn left towards Wolverhampton. Turn left for Four Ashes. Under railway, over canal, turn right into 'Straight Mile',second right into 'Kings Road' left into Marina at bridge.
From M6 South. M54 jcn 2. A449 turn right towards Stafford. Turn right for Four Ashes. Details as above.

This new location will unlock a section of the Staffs & Worcs to weekend cruising. We now have the opportunity to reach Great Haywood Junction and the scenery of Shugborough Hall and park. For those who wish to cruise the 'Shroppie' or head towards Kinver area, the new base will be an ideal starting point. If you click on the 'Traffic Lights' a more precise map will appear.
